• Loan Bound is a registered trade name and product of DevFi Solutions LLC ("DevFi," "we," "us," or "our"). All rights reserved. References to "Loan Bound" throughout these terms refer to the platform and services operated by DevFi Solutions LLC.
• Loan Bound is a matchmaking platform only. We are not a lender and do not originate, underwrite, fund, or service loans of any kind.
• Loan Bound does not guarantee loan approval, specific financing terms, or funding. All approval, term, and funding decisions are made solely by the participating lender you are matched with.
• Some matched lenders operate mission-driven or demographic-focused programs designed to serve specific communities. Consistent with fair lending law, these programs may not deny any otherwise-qualified applicant based on a protected characteristic; program focus may affect ranking or prioritization but does not determine eligibility to apply or be considered.
• Borrowers are responsible for independently reviewing and understanding all lender disclosures, terms, and conditions before accepting any offer.
• You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful, and you consent to its use in generating your matched lenders and, where applicable, sharing it with matched lenders on your behalf.
• Because matching begins before you create a full account, some information you provide may be collected and temporarily stored under an anonymous session. If you do not complete a purchase, this information is automatically deleted after a period of inactivity, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
• Lender contact and program details provided through Loan Bound are for your personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or systematically scraped or copied.
• Your purchase grants access to your matched lender report and lender details for one year from the purchase date.
• Loan Bound is provided for informational and matchmaking purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
• Refunds are governed exclusively by the Loan Bound Match Guarantee. Refund requests based on information you submitted that was inaccurate or untruthful in a way that caused an otherwise-reasonable match to appear mismatched are not eligible under the Guarantee.
• DevFi Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, product, or feature at any time.
• By using Loan Bound, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Loan Bound Match Guarantee

We guarantee that your matched lenders are selected based on genuine relevance to the information in your intake submission — including loan size, location, industry, and business profile.

• What this guarantee covers: Within 30 days of purchase, you may request a review if you believe your matched lenders do not reasonably reflect your submitted criteria. Loan Bound will compare your matched lenders against your submission to evaluate whether they were reasonably relevant.
• What this guarantee does not cover: Loan Bound guarantees relevant matched lenders — not loan approval, lender response, or funding outcomes. A refund request based solely on not receiving financing, or a lender not responding, does not qualify.
• If you purchased Light: because you contact your matched lenders directly, we may ask whether you reached out to at least 3 of your 6 matched lenders, unless your specific complaint is that the matched lenders themselves were not relevant to your submission — that claim is evaluated independently of whether you contacted anyone.
• Refunds will not be granted if: the intake information you submitted was inaccurate or untruthful in a way that caused an otherwise-reasonable match to appear mismatched.
