Loan Bound Privacy Policy

• Business and financing information you provide — details about your business, financing needs, revenue, credit profile, and related information submitted through our intake form.
• Contact information — your email address, collected partway through the intake process so you can save your progress and receive your results.
• Documents you choose to upload — if you attach supporting documents as part of your submission.
• Account information — if you create a full account or complete a purchase.
• Usage information — standard technical information such as browser type, device information, and how you interact with our site.

When we start collecting information. Our matching process is designed to let you start for free, before creating a full account. This means some of the information above may be collected and temporarily stored under an anonymous session from the point you begin, before you've provided an email or created an account. If you complete your submission and create an account, this information becomes part of your account. If you do not complete the process, this information is automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity — we do not retain abandoned submissions indefinitely.

• To match you against our database of lending programs and generate your results.
• To save your progress and allow you to return to an incomplete submission.
• To communicate with you about your matched lenders, your account, and (if applicable) your purchase.
• To improve the accuracy and performance of our matching service.

• With lenders you choose to connect with. We may share your submitted information with matched lenders — either because you initiate contact yourself, or, if you purchase a package that includes automated outreach, because you've authorized Loan Bound to send it on your behalf.
• We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with lenders you have not been matched with or have not chosen to connect with.
• With service providers who help us operate our platform — including our database and hosting infrastructure and our payment processor, Stripe — solely to provide our services to you, and under obligations to protect your information.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Loan Bound, our users, or others.

• If you never complete a purchase, information collected during an anonymous or incomplete session is deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
• If you complete a purchase, your matched lender report and lender details remain accessible for one year from your purchase date, consistent with our Terms & Conditions.
• We may retain your account and submission information for a reasonable period beyond that one-year window for legal and business recordkeeping purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through our Support Center under "Privacy Request."
• You may decline to provide certain information, though this may limit your ability to receive matched lenders or use certain features.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under California law:

• Right to know what personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed about you in the past 12 months.
• Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our Support Center under "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before completing your request. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Loan Bound is intended for business owners and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the platform or by other reasonable means.
